Most residential systems cost $10K to $40K out of pocket after
state rebates. There is an additional 30% Federal Tax credit on
top of that.
Will
solar increase my property value?
According to the Appraisal Journal, any energy improvements to
your property adds a value by a ratio of 20:1. This means every
dollar saved on electricity expenditures on an annual basis increases
your property value by $20. So, if you save $1000 a year on electricity
expenditures with your solar power system, your property value
will increase by $20,000.

How long will it take?
We typically have the system up and running within 2 to 4 weeks.
The permiting process as well as dealing with the power company
can slow things some. Our competitors are getting the deposit
then informing the customer to wait 4 to 6 months.
Are DC or AC Solar Panels Better?
The new Phono Solar/Enphase Solar AC Panels offer many advantages over the standard DC Panels. You no longer have to run a seperate ground wire to each panel which saves installation time and whole lot of copper wire. You are also able to optimize each panel in the array which maximizes overall system effeciency. Solar Arrays using the new AC Panels can easily be added to, as energy requirements increase or as budget allows
